By browsing ETF quotes, sending emails, or using all services on the site, you represent that you have read and unconditionally agree to all terms of this statement.
I. Information We Collect
1. Voluntarily Provided Personal Information
Only collected when you actively submit; we never force you to provide any personal data:
- Email inquiries, article submissions, business cooperation: name, email address, company name, financial title, contact phone;
- Website cooperation forms: broker/asset management cooperation needs;
- Member registration (if available): login email, password, display nickname.
2. Automatically Collected Anonymous Records (Cookies/Server Logs)
When you browse SET index and ETF review pages, the server automatically stores anonymous device information: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent, click paths, device identifier.
This data is used only to optimize ETF NAV loading, website traffic statistics, and block bots from scraping securities data. It cannot be linked to an individual.
3. No Active Collection of Highly Sensitive Information
Unless operationally necessary, we do not actively request ID cards, passports, bank cards, securities accounts, biometrics, or full mobile numbers. We only passively receive such data if you voluntarily upload corporate cooperation documents.
II. Lawful Purposes for Using Information
- Respond to inquiries about Thai ETFs, SET market, submissions, and business emails;
- Optimize real-time NAV pages and weekly newsletter reading experience;
- Anonymize traffic data to produce Southeast Asian index fund statistical reports (removing personal identifiers, not traceable);
- Detect malicious bots, abnormal connections, cyber attacks to maintain market stability;
- Comply with lawful requests from Singapore, Thailand, and cross-strait judicial/regulatory authorities with official documents;
- Send the weekly Thai ETF newsletter you subscribed to; you can unsubscribe at any time.
III. Information Storage and Retention Period
Storage Location: Singapore legally compliant cloud servers, fully compliant with PDPA cross-border data storage regulations;
Retention Rules:
- Email correspondence: kept for 3 years, then automatically encrypted and sealed;
- Website access logs: kept only for 90 days, then automatically deleted;
- Business cooperation forms: kept for 2 years after cooperation ends; users can request earlier deletion;
- Anonymization: all industry statistics remove personal labels, cannot trace a single user.
IV. Information Sharing Rules
We solemnly undertake: without your written consent, we will never sell, rent, or provide personal identifiable information to others. Disclosure only in the following lawful circumstances:
- You provide written authorization to share data;
- Singapore, Thailand, or cross-strait judicial/financial regulatory authorities present statutory documents;
- Website equity merger or transfer of operations; the successor must equally comply with this statement;
- Deliver de-identified logs to security vendors for website protection;
- Emergency situations to protect personal safety of people or users.
Third-party advertising and traffic analysis tools only receive anonymous data, not names, emails or other identity information.

- Right to Account Deletion: Permanently delete member account and all associated data;

VI. Cookie Usage
We use cookies to speed up SET index and ETF NAV loading and store reading preferences:
- Essential Cookies: Necessary for real-time quotes and basic browsing, cannot be disabled;
- Statistical Cookies: Used for traffic analysis, can be fully disabled via browser settings;
- Disabling cookies only affects quote reading experience, not free reviews or news browsing.
VII. Security Protection Measures
- Full-site HTTPS encrypted transmission to prevent data theft;
- User data encrypted and stored, backend layered permissions, accessible only by compliance personnel;
- Regular host vulnerability scanning, security audits, complete data breach emergency procedures;
- All employees sign confidentiality agreements, prohibiting unauthorized export or leakage of user privacy.
No network can guarantee 100% security; please do not upload highly sensitive documents such as securities accounts or ID cards.
VIII. Protection of Minors
Our services target adult investors and financial professionals. We do not actively collect personal data from individuals under 18; if inadvertently obtained, we will completely delete all related records.
IX. Policy Update Mechanism
We may revise this statement from time to time based on Singapore PDPA, Thai and cross-strait data laws, and operational adjustments. The new version will take effect immediately upon posting at the bottom of the website; major changes will be notified by email to previous contacts. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new version.
